With ease of use, speed and officer safety in mind, running a query and issuing a citation has never been easier. In less than 60 seconds a citation can be issued allowing officers to return to service most quickly and issue more citations, generating revenue for your municipality.
The Steps in the process are as follows:- Officer logs into Voyager and runs a wireless check
- Query response; wants, warrants, DMV registration, etc is displayed on handheld and made available for Citation
- Officer taps Citation button
- Citation form automatically launches
- Officer selects record to be imported to citation
- Voyager return populates form
- Officer completes ticket in 6 clicks
