The ATSC and HP Alliance
ATSC integrates HP products into solutions that meet our customers' IT and business needs. Our support spans the HP product line including:
- Hardware and Cloud: Visit our HP solutions center for information on servers, workstations and peripherals as well as cloud and mobile computing solutions
- Enterprise Software: IT infrastructure management and business productivity tools
Hardware: We optimize the performance of HP servers, desktops and peripherals to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in hosted and customer-owned environments. Next generation servers enable us to 'green' datacenters by increasing processing power per cubic foot of datacenter space. Then we optimize further using virtualization and cloud services.
We have been exceeding SLAs for Civilian and Department of Defense agencies for over a decade using HP hardware. ATSC meets the government’s security and identity management mandates including FIPS, FASP, FISMA, and the HSPD-12 directive.
We provide solutions built on HP products such as PIV-II compliant Common Access Cards (CACs), security at the network edge, secure printing, access, identity, and federated identity management solutions. HP products also power our solution that transmits biometric data to support national security efforts.
Software: We use HP products to manage IT environments and we integrate them into software applications to deliver customer-focused solutions. ATSC helps customers navigate through the growing HP software product line, organized in “product centers,” to identify the best fit suite of products.
HP IT Management Software enables us to implement the ITIL framework. ATSC ensures network availability and security across the US Capitol Complex using the HP IT Management Software product line.
We use HP products to support records management solutions and the software application development life cycle itself – from requirements management through testing. ATSC manages multiple Agile-infused software development projects using HP Quality Center and HP Service Manager.
